Provengono da vigneti allevati ad alberello pantesco, sull’Isola di Pantelleria, le uve Zibibbo con le quali si produce questo vino lascito dell’indimenticato Marco De Bartoli. Aromatico, con sentori mentolati, di salvia e d’agrumi, secco e decisamente sapido, l’abbiamo abbinato a spaghetti con ficazza di tonno. Lorenzo Colombo
