Dalla riscoperta del Pecorello vitigno minore calabrese, allevato sulle Colline di Strongoli, Roberto Ceraudo ha ricavato questo vino dai netti sentori di fiori gialli e frutto tropicale, la sua elevata nota alcolica (14,5% vol.) è talmente ben integrata nell’insieme che non si percepisce, morbido e ben strutturato non perde comunque in equilibrio ed eleganza.
