Bosco, Albarola e Vermentino allevati a Manarola, nel Parco delle Cinque Terre, ad altitudini dai 180 ai 350 metri slm, alcuni ceppi risalgono ancora al 1945, anno dei primi impianti. E’ sufficiente guardare questi vigneti per innamorarsi dei vini che vi si ricavano. Vi si ritrovano tutti i profumi dei luoghi, il mare, la macchia mediterranea. Lorenzo Colombo
