Solo la dizione francese Vionier con la “r” accennata, può ingentilire il termine viognier e solo una gran mano e un terreno adatto possono dare l’esplosione di frutto (agrumi, albicocca, pesca) e la perfetta grassezza a un vitigno che poche volte ho trovato così meravigliosamente espresso.
