Sono confesso (ma non reo!): amo i rossi dell’Etna e il Nerello Mascalese. E questo (con anche un 5% di Nerello Cappuccio) ha tutte le caratteristiche per farsi amare: è bio, ha un bel colore rubino appena scarico, il profumo fresco, fruttato ed esplosivo delle ciliegie precoci, una bocca generosa, succosa, lunga e mai noiosa.
