Adoro ricredermi in meglio. Di questo Cabernet Franc fatto in Chianti Classico, vinificato in acciaio e poi messo in legno nuovo da 225 lt, mi era già piaciuto il 2016, ma il 2017 anche di più: il caldo dell’annata non ha nuociuto al frutto, maturo ma vivo, mentre in bocca la struttura non nuoce all’eleganza.
