Chiariamo subito: se non amate l’acidità di certi vini è meglio che lasciate perdere. Qui l’acidità è tagliente, citrina, propria del limone, naturalmente c’è anche dell’altro in questo vino dal naso intenso, fresco, verticale e minerale, con sentori di pompelmo e frutta tropicale e con le prime note d’idrocarburi.
